Return/Refund Policy for Roperro

Returns
Roperro accepts returns of unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that products purchased during a clearance sale are not eligible for returns. Returns must be sent back to our warehouse by the customer.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Customers must contact us at ccare@roperro.com
  • The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • A copy of the original receipt must accompany the return/exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are valid within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Damages and Manufacturing Defects

  • If the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service at ccare@roperro.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Products must adhere to our strict quality standards. Any discrepancy from the order specifications needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after the returned item has reached our warehouse and passed a quality check.
  • The refund initiation timeline may vary depending on the time taken by the courier to deliver the return to our warehouse.
  • Roperro will contact you once your return is processed.

Non-returnable Items

  • Customized articles are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products used for reasons beyond checking fit and comfort may be deemed ineligible for return.
  • Items with damaged or missing price tags, brand tags, original packaging, or accessories.
  • Products with mismatched serial numbers or barcodes according to our records.

Exchanges

  • We will exchange products that do not meet customer satisfaction. The exchange process is similar to returns and must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  • If exchanging for a product of different value, the price difference will be addressed accordingly.

Exceptions

  • Sale products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
